Lecia wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return, on domestic orders (Vietnam), of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered.

• All returned merchandise should have the original tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
• Items must be sent back with the original garment bag and packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
• Please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed 2-3 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.

Lecia reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Sale merchandise, and anything noted as final sale are final sale with no exceptions. International orders outside of the Vietnam are final sale and cannot be returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Lecia ships to countries worldwide. International customers are able to shop our products online in their local currencies, with duties & taxes shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with your local state and federal government regulations.

Please note all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Lecia cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.
